The project
For the HITUALS – DesignTech Originals collection, I directly oversaw the large-format 3D printing production using the CMS Kreator Ares with PETG 145 GF30, a durable material suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Designer
The project, designed by Rodrigo Brenner (Studio Furf), Puntozero, and Ambroise Maggiar Studio, has a strong conceptual and aesthetic content, inspired by organic and biomimetic forms. My role was to translate these visions into realizable products through prototyping, testing, and iterative development.

My work
In addition to 3D printing, the project also involved CNC machining, allowing the integration of traditional materials with printed parts and expanding technical and construction possibilities.
I adapted and modified the 3D files provided by the designers, finding innovative solutions to overcome additive manufacturing limits and ensure compatibility with different processes and materials. This process required continuous dialogue between creative ideas and production feasibility, aiming to preserve the formal identity of the projects without compromising functionality and durability.
Summary :
The result demonstrates how the combination of large-format 3D printing and CNC machining can bridge aesthetic experimentation and practical application, reflecting the values of sustainability, innovation, and collaboration that define DesignTech’s vision
